United Kingdom
UK orders are intended to be dispatched using an appropriate tracked and insured service. Aurum's historic site offered free UK delivery. The final service, insurance level, delivery window and any signature or identity requirements are confirmed with the order.
International
International delivery can be arranged where legally and operationally available. Import duties, local taxes, customs requirements and delivery charges may apply in the destination jurisdiction and will be confirmed where possible before the transaction is completed.
Specialist logistics
Aurum's earlier website referenced specialist providers including Brinks, Malca-Amit and Ferrari, alongside other accredited couriers. The provider used for a particular order depends on destination, value, insurance and availability.
High-value orders
For higher-value purchases Aurum may require additional identity, delivery-address or compliance checks before dispatch. Alternative secure delivery or collection arrangements may be agreed with the client where appropriate.
